We have reports that the ISP - Deutsche Telekom AG is blocking access to Valve / Steam related IP's at their router. You will need to contact this ISP to request that they stop blocking the IPs in order to play any Valve games.
ok thanks so far. I had yesterday a call with the support hotline. I'll get an full report of them why they suddenly block these IP's so other users could read this problem and fix it instead f asking again.
