Mein Rat an alle Frustrierten:
Geht auf die Support-Seite von steam und verlangt euer Geld zurück (ask a question). Bei mir hat es funktioniert, obwohl ich portal und episode 2 bereits durchgespielt hatte. Ich habe die Anfrage am Sonntag geschrieben und heute morgen war das Geld auf meinem paypal-Konto. Ich habe mir dann gleich die UK-Version bei amazon.co.uk bestellt.
Meine Anfrage:
I preordered the orange box on steam and was very sad to experience a few days ago that the version I had bought was severely cut.
At no time was I aware of the fact that the version available for German customers through steam would be cut. Valve remained completely silent about that, although they surely knew some time before the launch. It is my opinion, that I didn't receive exactly the product I paid for.
I therefore request refund and all new orange box games to be removed from my steam account.
