Wie aus einer Email von Jess Cliffe hervorgeht werden die beiden ersten Bücher zu Half-Life 2 noch kurz vor dem Release des Spiels in den Regalen stehen, nämlich am 12.11 - also morgen.
Bei den Büchern handelt es sich um "Raising The Bar" und den offiziellen Spielführer von Prima Games.

Also den Game Guide werde ich mir, wenn überhaupt später kaufen - sonst versaut man sich nur den Spaß.
Das Buch "Raising The Bar" ist aber glaube ich ein Muss für echte HL-Fans.

Das Lösungsbuch ja sowieso, aber das "Raising the Bar"?

Raising the Bar gibts nur in Englisch, das haben die schon vor zeiten gesagt. Es sollen keine Übersetzungen geplant sein...

Boah also das ist jetzt mal ohne Übertreibung ein verdammt zu hoher Wucher-Preis für ein 288 Seiten starkes Buch!! Jetzt mal im Ernst, ticken die noch ganz richtig, 80 € (das waren mal 160 DM!!!) für EIN BUCH zu verlangen... Ich hätt so mit 20 oder meinetwegen auch 30 € gerechnet, aber bei 80 € hört bei mir der Spass endgültig auf.

Bei dem Preis frage ich mich, ob die wirklich nur Geld wollen, dann mit so einem Preis bekommen die kein Geld, denn das kauft doch keiner.
Echt komisch... aber es gibt zum Glück ja auch eBooks, das ist etwas billiger

Die Ironie dabeit ist, dass Raising the Bar bei Amazon.com 23.79$ kostet...
da is is ja billiger das Buch zu importieren.

Bei Amazon.de kann man "Raising the Bar" momentan nur gebraucht kaufen, wie das geht versteh ich zwar nich, aber egal
